🐾 Dog Eligibility
- Small dogs only (under 30 lbs)
- Dogs must be friendly with people and other small dogs
- Dogs must be house-trained
- Dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations
- Dogs displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior will not be accepted
Stay-At-Home Paws reserves the right to refuse or end a stay at any time for nonpayment or noncompliance with policies and dog eligibility.
📋 Meet & Greet Requirement
- A meet & greet is required for all new clients before the first stay
- Meet & greets are complimentary and can be held in-person or virtual
- Booking is not confirmed until the meet & greet is completed and payment is received
💳 Payment Policy
- Payment is due in full before drop-off
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, or PayPal
- Bookings are not secured until payment is received
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before drop-off will receive credit toward a future stay
- Cancellations within 48 hours of drop-off are non-refundable
- No-shows are charged in full
- Holiday booking cancellations are charged in full
⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only
- Late pick-up may result in an additional $10 fee per hour, please contact us as soon as possible if you will be late
- Early drop-offs must be approved and paid for in advance, please contact us as soon as possible if early drop off is needed after booking
🧼 Health & Safety
- Dogs must be flea-free and in good health at drop-off
- Dogs showing signs of illness may not be accepted
- If a dog becomes ill or injured during their stay, the owner will be contacted immediately
- Veterinary care may be sought if necessary at the owner’s expense
🧺 Damage & Accident Policy
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog
- Repeated indoor accidents may result in additional cleaning fees
📸 Updates & Communication
- Daily updates with photos will be provided
- Non-emergency messages will be responded to during business hours
- Emergency situations will always be addressed immediately
🏠 Home Environment
- Stay-At-Home Paws operates out of a private home
- Unscheduled visits are not permitted
- Drop-offs and pick-ups are limited to agreed-upon times
🧾 Policy Agreement
By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to all Stay-At-Home Paws policies.
